Executive Orders and Our President

Now there is no where in our Constitution where it states Executive Orders. However, in Article II Sec. I it says “The executive power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.” What are the duties of the president? It is to execute the laws of the land not make them. The executive power is to be over the employees and federal agencies.

Section II: “He may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices,”     “He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President along, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.”

Section 3: “he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the Officers of the United States.”

So you see there is nowhere he has the right to do all these “Executive Orders”. Nether did he have the right to appoint all these czars without the Senate’s approval. The Constitution states what the President’s Powers are and it is not to side step Congress or our Constitution. If he did all these Executive Orders without the consent of Congress they are illegal and void.

Section 4: “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

The thing is that it is the Senate that is suppose to start the impeachment. However, they are no better than the president. The Senate is mostly Democrats so our Constitution will be ignored and continually ignored because of that. This makes the Senate in violation of the law and their oath to uphold the Constitution.

George Washington used Executive Powers but in context of employees. Abraham used in during the war and proclaimed “Emancipation Proclamation”. However, that was during the Civil War and we were under the President”s war powers. The thing is it was not going to be valid once the war was over and he knew it. So to make it legitimate there came the amendment XIII.

You had FDR with the American citizens that were of Japanese decent but then again it was under the war powers. President Truman tried to put the steel mills under  government control but the Supreme Court told him he couldn’t. Yet Obama has gotten away with it when it came to our auto industries.

Lets see what Obama has done:

Executive orders that are just like Truman taking over private businesses in the so called. EO 13603

1. “identify” requirements for emergencies

2. “assess” the capability of the country’s industrial and technological base

3. “be prepared” to ensure the availability of critical resources in time of national threat

4. “improve the efficiency” of the industrial base to support national defense

5. “foster cooperation” between commercial and defense sectors

There are pundits that suggest that by signing EO 13603, Obama has given himself power to declare martial law and suspend elections during peace time.  I have not seen anything that suggest that. However, I can see where he could start rationing people on products.You read it and make your own decision.

All these are not necessarily from Obama. EO 10990 allows the Government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.
EO 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels, and minerals.
EO 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision
EO 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.
EO 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.
EO 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate and establish new locations for populations.
EO 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways, and public storage facilities.

There are Executive Orders that deal with immigration, education, and other things which is suppose to be under the state not federal.

All this is illegal and has nothing to do with enforcing the laws of the land. He uses the words “in case of emergencies” and so on. This is not his job! This is pure dictatorship and yet Congress allows Obama to do them. Do you liberals want him to stand over you while you work or tell you where to work?! Come on use your brains! There are 900 of these executive orders!

People Help People; Aurora CO

I have been reading news and blogs since the shooting in Aurora. I knew the Democrats would use it for gun control and some conservatives on why we should keep guns. Although the Republicans are right and statistics shows this now is not the time.

They talk about the NRA and other groups for guns being silent. Maybe because they are not like our politicians who just care about using this for political gain.

The thing we should focus on is that human-beings will help and do what is necessary when something comes up. This is what our government needs to realize. That the majority of the people here in the US are decent caring people. That they will go to people’s aid when they are in trouble.

Our government says we cannot help ourselves but need them to do it. This attitude is wrong. We are not babies and people will help people when there is a need.

Cleveland believed Jefferson who said the government didn’t have unlimited powers to grant welfare, except those specifically mentioned. So he did not help the farmers. He said that the people of this country will help and he was right. People have helped people long before the government got into the game. The communities and states took care of the people of their states. Some times they would even help people in other states. We have seen this over and over again. I get tired of the government saying, even though they don’t use these words, that we are callous to where we don’t help people. Therefore, they have to do it.

We have had two instances that happened not too far apart. One was where a 71 year old man who had a permit to carry chased off robbers. The robbers had gone into a internet cafe in Florida with a baseball bat and gun. Thinking about others as well as his wife that was next to him he had made a decision. He shot them and no one else got hurt. Now get this the teens said they didn’t expect anyone to be armed! By that statement they may have not done it if they knew someone would be armed.

The thing is this man chased the robbers away and they locked the doors until the police came.  This kept them safe until help arrived.None of the people in the cafe got hurt. 

Now take the incident that happened in my state Colorado. A guy decides to shoot up a movie theater. However, despite what was happening people here in the United States showed that we are still people who help and care. Four guys died trying to protect their girlfriends, one guy in the adjacent room helped someone who was wounded, and so on.candle, flame, burn

Right now people are trying to do what they can for these families. However, the emptiness that one feels in loosing someone they love cannot be replaced. It is something we have to deal with. It never goes away and each person deals with it in different ways. I was glad to hear that the survivors of Columbine are trying to reach out to those in Aurora. If anyone can know what they are going through they would.

Supreme Court At it Again

The Supreme Court has decided they will define ‘natural born citizen’ ignoring that it had already been defined. So why are they ignoring what had already been decided. My guess is because they know that if Obama was a illegal president Healthcare and all those laws he pushed will be undone. Well at least those executive orders because Congress passed those bills. However, he could not run again. Also, he no longer has any parents that are US citizens. His mother gave up her citizenship.

So what is a ‘natural born citizen’. I covered this in my book Now remember I started this book in 1995. So I told you on twitter that I would put what I wrote in my book. This way you will get a little of what is in my book.

Citizen requirements seem to have been changed somehow, and I am not sure where. There are several things that make a “natural born citizen,” and it is not some alien that comes over and has a child born in the States. There are two tests that have to be fulfilled: They have to be born of US parents (not parent but parents). The reason for this was that if the president did not have two US citizens for parents, his loyalties would be not toward the United States but toward the country of his other parent.What happened to the case Minor vs. Happersett where the Supreme Court used the word “parents” and not “parent”?

I read a comment from someone who was born in Venezuela to an American mother and a Venezuelan father. He said that he was told that even if he had been born in the United States, he would not be considered a “natural born” Citizen.

They have to be born on US soil or equivalent (trust territories, US bases in foreign countries); to be president, you must have these and be at least thirty-five years old and have lived in the United States for fourteen years.

Now let’s look at Obama. He was supposedly born in Hawaii if you can believe one of the birth certificates out there. He refused to let anyone see his birth certificate, and now all of a sudden one turns up, which usually means a person is hiding something. He was born to one parent who was a US citizen (his mother) and one who never became a US citizen (his father).

Obama’s father is from Kenya. His loyalties are for that country. I believe this has an effect on the president and his decisions.

What about the fact that when he was born, Hawaii was not a state but only a trust territory? Senator Orrin Hatch of Utah says that constitutes citizenship.

I have to put this last thing in. Obama is not the son of slaves! His father is a Muslim from Kenya, and his mother is white! Obama attended the Muslim temple and accidentally admitted his Muslim faith. So all you liberals who are saying that he was the son of slaves need to stop lying to the American people!

He won the election on that lie. Therefore, you put two and two together. None of that was true.

The Supreme Court is about to change the requirements which again is not their job. It is to save Obama. He has been an illegal president and they know it. We have people in Congress and the Supreme Court that no longer care about the truth. The Constitution and the law of this land has no meaning to them. It is time to kick them out and we have that authority if they no longer up hold the Constitution and they haven’t!!!

The thing is they are punishing people for not doing what they want them to do. Therefore it is not a tax, it is a fine or punishment for not doing what they want you to do. Talking about bullying!!! Now they have opened the door to dictate our lives on anything. Freedom has gone out the door!

All you people that refused to vote or check things out before voting, thank you. I know you like people telling you what to do, when to do it, how to do it, where to live, when to breath, what to eat, how to spend your life, what job to have and etc. This is what you opened the door to for voting someone who did not even qualify to be president. For not caring about who wins or not.

The truth about Obamacare;

1.   Do you think you will have a choice on treatment? Forget it just like HMOs the government decides what treatment you will get. This is throughout the Act off and on. pg 29

2. When you fill your taxes you will have to proof you have health insurance. That means no proof you don’t get you income tax refund. They can penalize you if you don’t have one. That means it is a penalty/ fine not a tax. Roberts rewrote the bill and this is unconstitutional!

3. The HHS decides which services will be required for the plan that you are required to buy, cost, services your doctor is allowed to do, you may not be able to keep your doctor, and many will lose their current coverage.

4. Federal Government has control what privately insured individuals can get in the way of health care.

a.  Doesn’t matter if you pay yourself the government has control and you liberals thought HMOs were bad! pg 894 sec, 203 pg 72 lines 8-14

i.   “(3) PERMISSIBLE AGE BANDS. – The Secretary, in consultation with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, shall define the permissible age bands for rating purposes under paragraph (1) (A) (iii).

b.  Obamacare dictates the car of everyone pg 42

c.  You are required to be in a qualified plan. What is a qualified plan? The seniors are to go to classes to teach you or resources and living wills. What resources? It sounds like they want seniors to commit suicide. There is to be a national data base and guess what it will be based on the census. That means to know what race you are, genocide? All this is imposed by the HHS Secretary!! No doctor decides what services you get. Is this quality or just another Hitler regime? pg 425-430  pg 467-469

d.  The Supreme Court for a long time protected you from the government’s interference in one’s privacy and protection but now has violated their own ruling. pg 480-483

e.  Physicians are penalized if they don’t follow the rules.

f.  Rationing, those 15-40 will have preference over others. This is discrimination  and another law broken. Everyone else is treated like dogs and given crumbs.

i.  Dr. Emanuel said that it isn’t discrimination against older people and that their lives are pretty well over anyway. Maybe he is a NAZI descender. We did bring some over after the war. Look at my blog “Quit Whining; Just Die Will You”

ii.  Dr. Emanuel will have complete control over the rationing of health care. His the health policy adviser at the Office of Management and Budget. He is the member of CER which is responsible for rationing health care.

g.  You will have to have permission to see a doctor or specialist and guess who you will have to ask, yes one of those members. You are more likely to see a nurse like our retired veterans have to.

h. Payoff subsidized plan for retires and families in Unions and community organizations (ACORN). Does that name sound familiar? pg 65 sec 164

i.  Legal and illegal aliens gets HC, pg 50 sec 152, and they don’t have to pay. We pay for them, pg170 line 1-3

2.  No privacy all treatments and patients will be put into a government datatbase. The government will decide what is to be cost effective and appropriate care. That includes those on private insurance. There is a penalty for those that do not comply. This allows government to access all your private records, banking record, and they can provide this information to third parties at the discretion of the HHS Secretary. This is to help determine your eligibility to other programs , pg 59 line 21-24. Do you really believe this?

3. Quality care? What quality care? Dr.  Emanuel said that President Obama’s cost cutting measures is “lipstick cost control, more for show and public relations’ and that health care reform will not be “pain-free”.

a.  He said the Hippocratic Oath shouldn’t be taken seriously.

i. June 18, 2008, JAMA Dr. Emanuel said, “Medical school education and postgraduate education emphasize thoroughness. This culture is further reinforced by a unique understanding of professional obligations, specifically the Hippocratic Oath’s admonition to ‘use my power to help the sick to the best of my ability and judgment’ as an imperative to do everything for the patient regardless of cost or effect on others.”

b. Those on Medicare will be the first to see the loss of quality care. Medicare is reduced by $575 billion dollars which is actually theft because we pay into that. pg 239 line 14&15

i.  HHS Secretary can modify or eliminate preventative care for seniors on recommendations of the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force.

4.  Obamacare will cost $2.5 trillion dollars over a 10 year period. This is what Senator Judd Gregg, Senate Budget Committee stated. That sure won’t help the economy.

Richard Foster found out that health care costs will be more with Obamacare than if nothing had been done. Everyone talks about the spending Bush did well Obamam has spent more than any president in the history of this country.

5.  Policies prohibiting insurance companies from rescinding, raising premiums, or not renewing policies was already in existence; Title 45 of the Code of Federal Regulations (45 CFR 148.122), titled “Public Welfare,” is about “guaranteed renewability of indivitual health insurance coverage.”

a.  It was told that Obamaxare was to protect people of “preexistin conditions” which this practice was banned under HIPPA since 1997. The continue lies of Obama and Pelosi. Cancer patients will be rationed! pg 272 sec 1145

b.  Premiums have already gone up. Another lie that premiums would not go up.

c.  Obamacare entices companies to drop their employees. coverage. Premiums have gone up to about $13,000 each family.

i.  Forget about child only policies. Major insurers like Wellpoint, Cigna, Actna, Humana and ConventryOne have dropped those polices because there would be a great loss. So thanks to the compassionate Congress and president, parents of sick children will be unable to obtain any insurance? That’s how government compassion workd. In 2014, the same rule dicks in for adults. Now you know what to expect, you force on the government health Act.

Wall Street Journal says other employers can find themselves in the same situation. Obama and the Democrats were counting on that because they want everyone on this except themselves because they know that it entailed euthanasia and later on genocide in it and they want to live but could care less about us. By the way they are not suppose to exempt themselves from the law or show favoritism to special groups but they have!

6.  Abortion will be funded and encouraged.

7.  The Democrats lied when they said we ranked 37th in health care. Why wouold other people come to us for health care if we were that low. They would go to where health care is the best. That is because we ranked 1st but not no more with Obamacare. Dr. Hayhurst is the reason for declaring us 37th because he believes in national health care no matter what history has shown us that it creates poor health care.

The penalties for not obtaining minimal health is that it doesn’t go into effect until the year 2014, when a $95 penalty will apply. It goes up in 2015 to $350, $750 in 2016.
