Seest thou a man wise in his own conceit? there is more hope for a fool than him. Proverbs 26:12
I had someone who posted on my comment where I said , Agenda 21 you think? He said he found it amusing I would post that on a Conservative site. What he doesn’t understand is I don’t care if it is Conservative, Liberal, or Independent. If I disagree with something I am going to say so. If I feel something needs to be brought out I will do so. This is why I call myself and Independent Conservative. What he doesn’t seem to know is it was a Republican that brought Agenda 21 to the US.
So now with all that said I will continue to bring out things in Agenda 21. This is now the meat of the agenda: Section 1: Social and Economic Dimensions In this section it all sounds good and something you would want, like; “Neither will it gather momentum if the developing countries are weighted down by external indebtedness, if development fiance is inadequate, if barriers restrict access to markets and if commodity prices and terms of trade of developing countries remain depressed.”
It is true that being indebted does not help the people of that country. We see that in our own country. The more debt the country
has the more they take from the people and the prices goes higher. Then people get less for their money. It states there needs to be a multilateral trade among the nations which “leads to the optimal distribution of global production in accordance with comparative advantage is of benefit to all trading partners“. Doesn’t this sound a little of distribution of the wealth garbage? Hasn’t the Democratic Party been dogmatic about distribution of the wealth?
The agenda talked about how uneven trade is among the countries. How protectionist endanger this multilateral trade they are trying to develop among the nations. Also, some countries have “adopted courageous policy reforms involving ambitious autonomous trade liberalization.”
Actions: Eliminate Protectionism. This is why our jobs are going over seas and all this free trade increased when this came into practice. Now we had free trade with China because of Reagan which was fine until China started demanding us to give them our patents and manufacturing secrets in order to build a plant in China. So if you look at the trade you will find that during the first Reagan term the trade back and forth was about equal. However, by 1989 this seems to change. This is because China replace tariffs with a Value Added Tax. So they got the advantage over us. By September of this year we exported an average of 8754.49 products while China has shipped an average of 34552.32 products to us. We need to change our role and we need to start back to putting a tax on their products. They are undercutting us and we need to do something about it!
Now we have NAFTA and there is another one in the process with South America, Mexico, US, and Canada. It’s on its way. We lost money because of NAFTA so we will loose more when this comes into play. I got this from a guy who is from Britain and he told of NAFTA before NAFTA was talked about. However, you notice we are pretty much the only ones following this thing on protectionism elimination and we are suffering from it.
Next the agenda talks about poverty and what to do about it; The eradication of poverty and hunger, greater equity in income distribution and human resource development remain major challenges everywhere. The struggle against poverty is the shared responsibility of all countries. You notice it says “in income distribution”! Come on socialism is not the way to get rid of poverty. History has proven this over and over again. The more the US goes towards socialism the more the people loose. You notice that the other countries that went more towards what we use to have in this country are not suffering as bad and getting stronger in their economics, Russia and China for examples. People are so blind.
Now get this part where they say helps with poverty and think about what has been going on here in the US; An effective strategy for tackling the problems of poverty, development and environment simultaneously should begin by focusing on resources, production and people and should cover demographic issues, enhanced health care and education, the rights of women, the role of youth and of indigenous people and local communities and a democratic participation process in association with improved governance. B. (e) Set up an effective primary health care and maternal health care system accessible to all; Enhanced health care, Obamacare. Remember when the Clintons were in office Hillary Clinton wanted to pass a health care similar to Obamacare, denying people overweight medical attention. Yet a lot of reasons for overweight is not because people eat a lot but because the government lets the food industries put chemicals, hormones, and now letting Pepsi look into fetuses to enhance their drinks! Our government is letting these companies kill us and China is laughing at us. They sit there and blame us for our ill-health when it is them!
I found this laughable; To provide all persons urgently with the opportunity to earn a sustainable livelihood; It seems the Democratic party doesn’t understand this part. You notice it says “opportunity to earn” not steal from someone and give to them. They said that these implantation they suggest is to be brought across the people as being urgent. Now you know why the Democrats always have a crises and things must be done now.
Lay out; (a) Empowering women through full participation in decision-making; (b) Respecting the cultural integrity and the rights of indigenous people and their communities; (c) Promoting or establishing grass-roots mechanisms to allow for the sharing of experience and knowledge between communities; (d) Giving communities a large measure of participation in the sustainable management and protection of the local natural resources in order to enhance their productive capacity; (e) Establishing a network of community-based learning centres for capacity-building and sustainable development. .
Does multiculturalism sound familiar? This actual divides a country and not help. Now don’t get me wrong because I have French/Indian in me I do have my traditions that has been handed down to me. The thing is I believe that you are either a US citizen or not. I don’t believe you are half a US citizen and half African, Mexican, or anything else. I covered this in my book and if you want to know exactly what I’m saying read it. But, I will say this, it divides a country when you look at the differences and that’s what this does. We need to come together and look at what we have in common and one of the things we have in common is that we are US citizens.
B. (j)b Governments should take active steps to implement programmes to establish and strengthen preventive and curative health facilities, which include women-centred, women-managed, safe and effective reproductive health care and affordable, accessible services, as appropriate, for the responsible planning of family size, in keeping with freedom, dignity and personally held values, taking into account ethical and cultural considerations. Programmes should focus on providing comprehensive health care, including pre-natal care, education and information on health and responsible parenthood and should provide the opportunity for all women to breast-feed fully, at least during the first four months post-partum. Programmes should fully support women’s productive and reproductive roles and well-being, with special attention to the need for providing equal and improved health care for all children and the need to reduce the risk of maternal and child mortality and sickness; Now you know why they are into the woman’s right with her body junck came from. The thing is we cut out how many children we have yet the illegal immagrants increase the amount of children they have here. How about this one: (c) Strengthen existing structures in the United Nations system for coordination of action relating to poverty eradication, including the establishment of a focal point for information exchange and the formulation and implementation of replicable pilot projects to combat poverty; Strengthen existing structures in the United Nations system?! Yes it looks like them wanting power over countries or can I say “One World Government”? Bush’s “New World Order”?

Agenda 21 plan for US population
C) Capacity-building
3.12. National capacity-building for implementation of the above activities is crucial and should be given high priority. Chapter four deals with consumption patterns. 4.2. Since the issue of changing consumption patterns is very broad, it is addressed in several parts of Agenda 21, notably those dealing with energy, transportation and wastes, and in the chapters on economic instruments and the transfer of technology. The present chapter should also be read in conjunction with chapter 5 (Demographic dynamics and sustainability). You notice that it deals with energy, gas, coal, wind power, and so on. This is why we are going through this “green” program. This is the direct results of chapter 4 of Agenda 21. They make it sound at least to me that poverty is the result of consumption. Poverty and environmental degradation are closely interrelated. While poverty results in certain kinds of environmental stress, the major cause of the continued deterioration of the global environment is the unsustainable pattern of consumption and production, particularly in industrialized countries, which is a matter of grave concern, aggravating poverty and imbalances.
Again it not only talked about food, shelter, and education, but again health care. A. (b) Developed countries should take the lead in achieving sustainable consumption patterns; Developing countries should seek to achieve sustainable consumption patterns in their development process, guaranteeing the provision of basic needs for the poor, while avoiding those unsustainable patterns, particularly in industrialized countries, generally recognized as unduly hazardous to the environment, inefficient and wasteful, in their development processes. This requires enhanced technological and other assistance from industrialized countries.
Once more this is a way of taking from you if you having enough to eat to where you have little to eat as well as the poor. Now I don’t mind helping the poor but there is the old saying “Give a man a fish he eats for a day, But, teach him to fish he eats for a life time.” We need to create jobs and you don’t do it by taxing. In this chapter they talk about creating a data base to keep track of consumption. This is to get a relationship between production, consumption, environment, technological adaptation and innovation, economic growth and development, and demographic factors. To see how changes affect these areas and how economics can grow with reductions on energy and materials. The government and industries need to come together to implement this plan. In chapter 5 they talk about the population growth being too high. Now we get into abortion right? They said that the rapid growth of the cities “ face major environmental problems.” and that “Population policy should also recognize the role played by human beings in environmental and development concerns.” More data is to be gathered about trends, nter alia(among other things), sex and age in order to take into account the implications of the gender division of labor for the use and management of natural resources. (c) under this chapter talks about areas of human resource development and capacity-building Chapter 6 deals mainly about health issues. They talk about the health needs of the whole world. 6.2. The following programme areas are contained in this chapter:
(a) Meeting primary health care needs, particularly in rural areas; (b) Control of communicable diseases; (c) Protecting vulnerable groups; (d) Meeting the urban health challenge; (e) Reducing health risks from environmental pollution and hazards.
Now look at this; It is also dependent on a healthy environment, including the provision of a safe water supply and sanitation and the promotion of a safe food supply and proper nutrition. We have developed sanitized lotion that is used at stores, schools, work, and at home. Of course we have been treating water long before Agenda 21 here in the US. I wonder though what they consider safe food because our food is not safe because of all those chemicals our companies put in our food. These cause cancer and other health problems but our government does nothing about it. Yes I will probably run this in the ground with you getting mad but our government is poising us. In the summer I grow what I can in my garden because of this. I try to buy dry goods but then you really don’t know what they have been sprayed with. Washing them only gets rid of a little of the chemicals sprayed on them because it gets into the pores of the food. You know what aggravates me is that they charge you more for these organic stuff when they are not spending as much money to grow them. In my opinion they should cost less! They are not putting out as much money for all those chemicals that the other companies spend. Here they want you to promote health education. This is good and people should know the food groups. They want you to set up things where you get the community to get involved “in environmental health activities, including optimization of the appropriate use of community financial and human resources”. (b) pretty explains its self. Again it is to go through
Women’s groups to get it implemented. (c) The vulnerable groups are infants, youth, women, indigenous people, and the poor. This goes with education and resources for them to go to. This also includes research. (d) This deals with Urban people being healthy so they can contribute to economic and social development. They claim that there needs to be built more committees at both the political and technical level, including active collaboration on linkages with scientific, cultural, religious, medical, business, social and other city institutions, using networking arrangements. (e) Talks about Urban, Indoor, and Water pollution. There should be research to find out ways to prevent and control pollution. To educate people on pollution. Also, control distribution on pesticides, effects in agriculture and preservation of wood. We know the affects but the government isn’t doing anything. There should be planning for industries and energy facilities to cut out pollution to better the health of the people. Get programs for “ hygiene programs in all major industries for the surveillance of workers’ exposure to health hazards”.
Chapter 7: In industrialized countries, the consumption patterns of cities are severely stressing the global ecosystem, while settlements in the developing world need more raw material, energy, and economic development simply to overcome basic economic and social problems.
It stated that external assistance will help other countries by the year 2000 to improve living conditions and working environment. To help with unemployment. So now you know where they get the spend, spend, and spend syndrome.
4. The overall human settlement objective is to improve the social, economic and environmental quality of human settlements and the living and working environments of all people, in particular the urban and rural poor. This is to be done through all areas, public, private and community sectors. It is to provide shelter for all, promote, get this, construction industries, land use-management, integrate provision for environmental infrastructure: water, sanitation, drainage and solid-waste management, promote sustainable energy and transportation, and much more. Sounds like all this green stuff they came out with doesn’t it?
Declare that it’s a person’s right to have adequate shelter. What do they consider adequate? The objective: The objective is to achieve adequate shelter for rapidly growing populations and for the currently deprived urban and rural poor through an enabling approach to shelter development and improvement that is environmentally sound.
Now there was someone on my facebook that told me about the cells they are constructing in California. Japan has small cell places for people to live in. They are right now hotel rooms.
But don’t be surprised if they become what they want you to live in. This was one person’s review of his experence: “I stayed two nights. I did not sleep well the first night due to the loud sound of the air conditioning equipment. I requested and received the next night, another capsule that was more quiet and next to an outside window. The interior capsules have not contact with the outside world. I was not able to turn on the television or radio. Having access to the hot tubs was great. Having to check out each day and having to stow your luggage was an inconvenience.”
They wanted most populations by the turn of the century in cities and not outside the cities. By the turn of the century, the majority of the world’s population will be living in cities. Now you know why the government has been doing a lot of land grabs.
C. Adopting innovative city planning strategies to address environmental and social issues by:
i. Reducing subsidies on, and recovering the full costs of, environmental and other services of high standard (e.g. water supply, sanitation, waste collection, roads, telecommunications) provided to higher income neighbourhoods;
They are to get businesses to actively participate in this. The cities are to come up with rules and regulations to support this. They are to empower community groups, non-governmental organizations and individuals to assume the authority get environment issues brought up and manage through techniques.
In chapter 8 it talks about improving or restructuring the decision-making process. To get people to get involved that are concern about the environment and development process. To establish economic, social and environmental policies. To form public views.
5. b. Adopting comprehensive analytical procedures for prior and simultaneous assessment of the impacts of decisions, including the impacts within and among the economic, social and environmental spheres; these procedures should extend beyond the project level to policies and programmes; analysis should also include assessment of costs, benefits and risks;
The countries are to develop a system to collect all data to monitor and evaluate the progress.
Now get this;
13. Laws and regulations suited to country-specific conditions are among the most
Bush signing "No Child Left Behind" act
important instruments for transforming environment and development policies into action, not only through “command and control” methods, but also as a normative framework for economic planning and market instruments.
To enhance this plan educational institutions are to change their curriculum to teaching and strengthening sustainable development economics and you thought you hadn’t been brainwashed. They encourage businesses to have training programs of this sort for private sector and other groups, also. All brainwashing and people don’t even realize it.
Oh by the way that “No child Left Behind” (May 23, 2001) is from the UN document, The Right to Education, April 20, 2001. This was adopted without a vote; The Economic and Social Council, taking note of Commission on Human Rights resolution 2001/29 of 20 April 2001, endorses the Commission’s decision to renew, for a period of three years the mandate of the Special Rapporteur on the right to education, and the request of the Commission to the Secretary-General to provide the Special Rapporteur with all the assistance necessary for the execution of her mandate. [E/CN.4/2001/167 - E/2001/23 chap. I, draft decision 19.] Coincidence?
The thing is when you put so many laws and regulations it cuts the economic growth and our freedoms! This is why our freedoms are getting to be less and less. This agenda our government has put above our Constitution. In fact this agenda as I see it has replaced our Constitution!
Well I thought I would do Section I and II but this has gotten longer than it is suppose to be. Section II will have chapters 9-22.

I do not want to leave with all negative things. What about Americorps that he worked on, which helps students with their college?
